Cassi Tower (ongoing)

Tower 91, also marketed as Cassi, is an upcoming 20-story mixed-use building in the Miami Design District, designed to be a vibrant urban landmark at the southern gateway of the neighbourhood. It is 20 stories, about 252 feet tall roof height, nearly 270 feet including mechanical enclosure. It also has 107 residential units and around 15981 sq. ft of retail and 6849 sq. ft of full-service restaurant space.
