The Dune is a mixed-use and mixed-income residential community in Boynton Beach, Florida, developed by Affiliated Development. It’s part of the city’s housing growth strategy under Florida’s Live Local Act, which incentivizes workforce housing by granting approvals and density bonuses when enough units are reserved for middle-income renters. It combines several building types and uses on roughly 4.3 acres. It has 298 rental apartments in a mid-rise eight-story building (“The Dune South”) and about 38 three-story town homes (“The Dune North”) totalling it to around 336 residential units.
