SKY Building is a new mixed-use development in Oakland Park, Florida, combining residential units, commercial/retail space, and city government functions into a single walkable destination. The Sky Building is a two-building mixed-use complex connected by a glass skybridge that blends housing, retail, and civic space. It includes 136 residential units, roughly 15000-18000 sq. ft of ground-floor storefronts suitable for restaurants, cafes, fitness studios, and other neighbourhood businesses, structured parking and connecting skybridge over Park Lane (linking north and south sections of the property).
