FAT Village (also styled FAT Village) is a creative arts district and urban neighbourhood in Fort Lauderdale, Florida — known for its artistic culture, community events, and ongoing transformation into a vibrant mixed-use destination. It has over 850 residential units across several new building, large office space (including the T3 mass-timber office building model) and 80,000+ sq ft of food, retail, entertainment, art, and creative businesses.
